A thick spun wick fabric gives this double-weave rug even more volume and bulkier texture. Due to the slightly larger pimples come the different shades of nature & color collections look good.
New wool carpet SIMILAUN
New wool carpet Similaun - Extra thick and "archaic", named after the imposing glacier in the rear Ötztal. The yarn for this thick carpet, which invites you to sit on it and lie down, is carefully spun and woven by hand.
Carded wool
Tyrolean mountain and stone sheep wool, carded in the card sliver and fleece
By carding (= combing), the wool fibers are arranged in parallel in one direction. This is the necessary preparation for spinning and felting.
In our assortment there are 10 natural 62 shades and 20 color melodies.

Carded sliver
The card sliver is a "thick, soft tube" that can be ordered from just 100 g per color. It is particularly suitable for spinning, for felts, smaller workpieces and when working particularly smoothly.
Carpet yarns
In our workshop we use regional wool from the from the Tyrolean mountain and stone sheep spun various wick yarns / carpet yarns.

Thin, tear-resistant wick yarn with jute core with a diameter of approx. 3-5 mm.
Knitting & chrocheting yarns
Cozy evenings at home on the sofa with a “knitting” in the hands, in addition to the soft clatter of knitting needles – knitting enthusiasts can hardly imagine anything better. Wool glides through the fingers, stitch is added to the stitch, the knit takes shape.

Merino natural yarn
The 4-ply, natural Merino yarn is available in 7 harmonious colors. Undyed.A soft wool from German merino wool in 7 natural shades. Natural white, light gray, medium gray, dark gray, beige, medium brown, dark brown.
New wool yarn
Only while stocks last! There are only the melings M01, M04 and M06 available.
Fine merino knitting yarn in medium strength. Especially soft and cuddly. A loose and soft spun, einfadige wicked. Easy and quick to process. In natural white and 24 clear, strong colors. Dyed according to ÖkoTex100 standard.
OSLO thick wicking
Thick and loosely spun merino wool. A thick, single-thread, soft-spun virgin wool yarn in 13 fashionable standard shades that are occasionally complemented by trendy colors. Valued by professionals and designers, the hit of the season for hats and scarves. Also ideal for knitted felt. 100 g barrel length 40 m. Available bundled in 200g strands / kg. Stained according to ÖkoTex100 standard.
Plant dyed wool, quadruple twine
A uniformly spun wool from the Peruvian Andes. Dyed in Germany using plant dyes such as indigo, birch leaves, kohlille, catechu. Dyed without metal salts.
Turin sock wool
Finely spun 4-ply thread in 9 vibrant colors. The addition of mulberry silk and the bast fiber ramie gives the yarn stability and a subtle shine. This results in many design options, from sock knitting to colorful outerwear. 60% virgin wool, 20% silk, 20% ramie. Dyed according to ÖkoTex100 standard.
Turin sock wool multicolor
Finely spun 4-ply thread in 4 hand-dyed multicolor colors. The addition of mulberry silk and the bast fiber ramie gives the yarn stability and a subtle shine. Worsted worsted wool
Wonderfully soft, single-thread yarn made from South American merino wool. In addition to natural white also available in 21 colors. Now on 100g ball. Easy to handle, therefore suitable for lessons and schools. To be able to indulge in the colors, as with all other qualities, you can also order from 100 g per color. Dyed according to ÖkoTex100 standard.
Wool felt
100% virgin wool felt is a special material. Biodegradable from a renewable raw material, moisture resistant, fire resistant and known for its heat, cold and sound insulating properties.
Our pure wool felt made of 100% wool is available in about 40 different colors and different thicknesses of 3 – 12 mm.
You can choose from various cuts and designs for sets, coasters, pin boards, seat covers, …, or by the meter.
